In 2020, the team collaborated with Shiseido China on a study combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to understand how post-90s consumers interpret Japanese aesthetics and how it shapes their purchasing behavior. The project also explored how the brand connects with its audience from a cultural perspective.
